I am a pensioner living in France. For most of my life, since my teen years, I have been interested in how the mind/brain works. This interest was first prompted by my left-handedness and dyslexia. But it was fed for years by my inability to believe the accepted knowledge of the day on the subject of thought. Study of biology has also increased my sceptical attitude.
